Michael Gordin Shore was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, and has been acting since he was five.

After graduating from the Professional Theatre program at John Abbott College, Michael trained further at Simon Fraser University’s School for the Contemporary Arts in Vancouver. He built the foundation of his film and television career on the West Coast, then moved to Toronto in 2012, where he is now based.

Michael has an extensive list of film and television credits, including supporting leads and featured roles in The Apprentice, Adults, Neagley, 56 Days, Suits, Taken, Designated Survivor, Midnight at the Magnolia, Five Days at Memorial, White Chicks, Maps and Mistletoe, Chateau Laurier, Christmas on Fifth Avenue, Best Christmas Party Ever, The Christmas Chalet, The Sweetheart, Deadly House Call, and he plays Fergus Fishman in the animated series Work it out Wombats. The list goes on. Michael has booked over 50 roles in the last handful of years, including 12 in 2021.

When Michael is not in front of the camera, he is helping other actors as “ One of Canada’s Top Audition coaches” and “One of Canada’s Most Appreciated Acting Teachers”.
